A Letter from our Executive Director
It is an honor to serve as the Executive Director of Citizens’ Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County, Inc, an Organization with an unparalleled reputation servicing Miami-Dade County and its Municipalities for 45 years. My approach is to establish a work friendly environment where staff is free to share ideas and initiatives. I want to encourage new ideas and to foster motivation to service our Community in the upmost effective way as I believe that each individual has their own talents.
While our organization has many notable achievements and awards throughout the years, we are most proud of the services we have provided, and I am committed to bring even more services to our community as the Organization moves forward. We must continue to change with the times and introduce new and innovate ideas. We will also focus on training in order to bring more information to all our residents. Our mission statement is the same “To prevent and reduce crime in our neighborhoods and schools through education and building bridges between Law Enforcement and the residents of our Community”.
Our proactive crime prevention, safety awareness, and Youth Crime Watch program is what drives us. We will provide specialized presentations and honor all requests. We cannot do this alone; it is the upmost honor to work alongside our Law Enforcements partners, we can’t do what we do with out them. Miami-Dade Police Department has been and will continue to be an integral part of our Organization with the support of Director Alfredo Ramirez III and it’s a privilege to work with all the Officers.
Citizens’ Crime Watch stands ready to serve the needs of our County. If you need assistance, please contact us. And please don’t hesitate to let us know how we are doing.
